releases brand new "Journey"

Startup Essentials, a recognized leader in
organizing, training and equipping business
entrepreneurs for success, announced today
the release of their highly anticipated 2nd
generation of “The Journey,” a one-of-a-kind
system that lays out the process of building
a successful business in easy-to-follow
steps.
This release of The Journey represents a
monumental step forward in the client
experience in terms of technology, services,
program content and partnerships. Startup
Essentials has created an entirely new
Journey Portal which significantly upgrades
the tools, resources and training available
for new business owners. The Journey, which
provides a unique, comprehensive system for
moving from the initial stages of a new
business all the way to running a successful
business, has been re-organized and
re-engineered from the ground up to take the
efficiency and effectiveness of the training
to a whole new level.
The Journey is now comprised of four
self-paced paths and includes detailed
step-by-step actions for each path along
with an orientation “camp” and ongoing
support. The Journey begins with Path 1,
“Change Your Life,” featuring the newest
release of Startup Essentials’ proven,
proprietary goal-setting system, re-named
“The Journey Map,” that focuses on personal
development and goal setting. In the new
release, Path 2, called “Business
University,” provides the foundation
training entrepreneurs need to acquire a
working knowledge of business fundamentals.
Business University has been carefully
designed by the expert Instructional Design
team at Startup Essentials’ sister company,
Get Started Media, to mirror the
state-of-the-art “e-Learning” format used by
IBM, HP, American Airlines and other
companies recognized for delivering world
class distance learning. After graduation
from Business University, Startup Essentials
clients continue their progress in Path 3,
“Establish Your Business” which guides
entrepreneurs through the key online and
offline business building tasks. In Path 4,
“Manage and Grow Your Business,” The Journey
takes the guesswork out of what the
entrepreneur must do to ensure stable
business growth and profitability.
The Journey also now includes the
availability of industry-leading “Preferred
Partners,” carefully selected and trusted
companies who build upon and compliment the
foundation training in The Journey.
Preferred Partners provide easy access to
experts in finance, law, marketing,
accounting, Internet marketing and
advertising, effective website design and in
other areas. An exciting aspect of this
component of The Journey is that Startup
Essentials’ Preferred Partners offer their
basic products or services to clients at a
significant discount, or in many cases, at
no charge.
“We’ve taken a good program and made it
great,” says Dave DeWitt, Director of
Services for Startup Essentials. “Our
mission is to take the guess-work out of
starting and running a business, by
organizing, training and equipping our
entrepreneur clients for success. The new
release of our program represents an
important leap forward in all areas,
leveraging technology and the knowledge of
expert partners, to create an impact on our
clients’ progress and success that was not
possible before. And we will continue to
aggressively invest in improving the program
going forward.”
This exciting release of The Journey will be
available to all new and existing Startup
Essentials customers starting Monday,
January 15th, 2007. It will be accessible
through their online Journey Portal.
